In his role as Executive VP – COO at Saudi Architects, Eng. Mohammed has served the firm in multiple capacities and is responsible for providing leadership to the core services and revenues were raised by 70% over the previous year and special sections were developed for investment and real estate development. He is involved in implementing and managing Enterprise Architecture activities and practices, application development, information management, project management and technology operations. Strategic planning and development responsibility for the entire portfolio of the firm's offerings. Oversees the key functions of plans, delivery and business enabling structure.
