Eng. Abdullah Alabdulkareem is an industry veteran with over thirty years of professional experience as an expert manager and consultant in more than one engineering and administrative fields. A Licensed consultant architect, who manages and directs company toward its objectives, establishes direction and long-range plans, plans/directs mergers and acquisitions, and serves as face of company.

An expert in architectural design and design management, Eng. Abdullah is adept at developing sound strategic approaches to improve the value and efficiency of every project he works on. In his role as an Administrator in various positions for most of his career, he has had the unique opportunity to expand his knowledge base by hands on experience: Contemporary Architecture and Urban Legislation - Housing - Urban Planning and Strategic Planning - Environmental Design - Sustainable Planning and Design - Sustainable Development, Energy and Construction Technology.

His philosophy: Principally, outstanding architecture is the marriage of successful client-focused programming, context, aesthetics, effective management, proven technology and sustainability. He believes that design should be community and regionally focused and fosters satisfying relationships with neighbors.

Responsible for comprehensive strategic planning, development and operation throughout the company. Also oversees key tasks, delivery and business. Leading continuous innovation of key processes, systems and policies in customer relationship management, sales effectiveness, outstanding delivery, quality, talent management and leadership development.

Eng. Abdullah has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a quality project and strides to encourage innovative solutions by encouraging use of proven technology and sustainable design practices to challenges posed by tight programmes and budgetary constraints using the latest available construction technology.

Eng. Abdullah truly loves doing what he does. From working with Owners, Contractors, Engineers and Peers - as well as being a part of the genesis of a project to seeing the project through to completion. He has full responsibility for the delivery of the company innovative architectural design, while also supporting the Design division’s talented professionals and creating impactful mentoring opportunities.

Oversees the adequacy and soundness of the company’s financial structure and reviews the company’s operating results, compares these to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the company. Represents the company with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
